Pine Rivers State High School
Renovation of G Block. Asbestos Removal. Stabilised footings and slab. Demolished ground floor whilst leaving the 1st floor in situ and occupied by students and staff. We designed and constructed a new ground floor

Nirinba State School
When the college was completed there was insufficient fire safety access. The original builder refused to undertake the compliance remediation because of the complexity of cutting into load-bearing brick veneered exterior walls.
Gladstone Bicycle Centre
The Gladstone Bicycle Centre was a 1906 Heritage listed building that was severely damaged when a car & caravan drove through the front of the building. This exposed that 60% of the structural timber in the building was termite & water damaged, including the two front structural pillars. Sections of the flooring were as much as 280mm out of level. Every door out of alignment.
The building was condemned but we were able to save it by reinstating the structural integrity of the building and constructing a new facade.
